Ralph and Nicola are a husband and wife duo bringing the taste of the Caribbean to Peterborough through their passion for cooking delicious Caribbean cuisine.
They create traditional foods for you like jerk chicken, curried goat, rice & peas and Chef Ralph’s special ‘homemade beef and jerk chicken patties’. Nicola makes the most delicious cheesecakes & custom-made birthday cakes, you’ll be left wanting more…
You’ll find them every first Saturday of the month at the local Artisan market on Cathedral Square, Peterborough with their brightly bannered gazebo playing sweet reggae music. You may also spot them at local food festivals too. During the autumn and winter months, they offer a home delivery or collection service.
