Off to NeverLand we go...well actually it's the Key Theatre on the embankment, but it doesn't matter as it's Christmas which means it's time for the annual pantomime. Love them or hate them... the jokes are cringy, the costumes colourful, there's satin and glitter and padding everywhere and basically the show is a blast and you can't not join in. The deputy Mayor John Fox was there tonight along with some other VIPs to see the show. This year it's Peter Pan where you're kids are going to fall in love with Nana the Darlings' dog, the adults will

Charity Target Number of Baubles Our Reach So Far We Love Peterborough gets involved in raising money for local charities! We saw the enticing notice from Nene Park's Ferry Meadows with regards to Christmas Tree Festival and how could I not sponsor one on their behalf for such a great area of Peterborough which is utilised by so many... there's less action going on during the winter months but the idea of our very own Christmas Tree was too much to resist. The sponsorship money helps raise crucial funds for Nene Park Trust, directly supporting the upkeep of

Key Theatre panto 2017 Sleeping Beauty Well what a surprise this was. I've not been to a pantomime for a good few years (over 20 years to be honest) and after receiving an invite to go, I thought I'd give it a go. No kids in tow as they have all flown the nest, but I was open to see what it was all about these days. The Key Theatre looks a treat all decorated up for Christmastime and on entering the foyers there's kiddy choices straight in view... sparkling whirling light toys as well as plenty

We caught a few of you skating today - were you there? Ice-skating is going well at Van Hage today. Have you been yet? They've had their ice-skating rink opened for a little while now and people are taking up the challenge to come out wit their kids and give it a go. It's great as each session lasts 45 minutes so plenty of time for a workout if you need one and the kids I'm sure will be exhausted by then. For the smaller nippers they've got penguins that can be hired which will keep them
